IDRS dispute resolution view is under dual control. Users can only view the records that require actions from their side, that is, items that the maker user needs to modify or items that have been approved and rejected by the checker user.

IDRS allows banks to oversee and intervene in the final decision-making process. In addition, the bank can configure rules for managing dispute cases and define the fees and penalties for handling dispute cases.
