iNCLUSION
iNCLUSION is a mobile wallet platform for Mobile Financial Services, Electronic Money Institutions and digital banking. It gives institutions one system to onboard customers, manage wallet accounts and process payments across every channel their customers use.
Customers are onboarded digitally with multi-biometric verification through the mobile app or USSD. Institutions can configure an unlimited number of account products, each with its own customer classes, limits, fees and transaction types, and manage them from a real-time back office.
A built-in general ledger keeps a centralized, real-time record of every financial transaction for balanced books and simple reconciliation. iNCLUSION supports multiple payment instruments, multi-level risk and fee configuration and automated batch processing, and can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud.
